Ms. Musku Neelambari (Founder and President)

Ms. Neelambari is an inspiring leader and has served on the board of RDMM for 2 decades, since its inception in 2004. As a result of her persistent efforts and dedication towards the community and the organization, she was elected as the President of RDMM in 2016. With her democratic style and cordial nature, she is able to motivate the staff and the community to strive towards securing their rights and collective well-being. Ms. Neelambari is equipped with exceptional communication and team management skills. She has played a significant role in generating awareness and mobilizing the community.

Ms. Kurra Lalitha (Vice President)

Ms. Lalitha, the Vice President of RDMM, is a board member since 2019. She passionately works for the PLHIV community and facilitates awareness, treatment adherence, skill building and life skill education initiatives. Ms. Lalitha is good at crises management.

Ms. Masampally Sujatha (General Secretary)

Ms. Sujatha, the General Secretary of RDMM, joined the board in 2013 and has served in different capacities since then. She was elected as the General Secretary in 2019. She is an active member and enthusiastically worked towards the development of the organization and guides the implementation of the programmes in the field. She enables the PLHIV to lead a quality life by linking them with various Government Social Entitlements and Schemes.

Ms. Angadi Swapana (Joint Secretary)

Ms. Swapana, the Joint Secretary of RDMM, is a board member since 2019. She passionately works for the PLHIV community and facilitates awareness, treatment adherence, skill building and life skill education initiatives. She promptly responds and is skilled at resolving incidents of crisis faced by the women.

Ms. Musku Sarojana (Treasurer)

Ms. Sarojana, the Treasurer of RDMM, has served on the board since 2004 in various capacities till 2016. She joined the board again in 2019 and has been working as a treasurer since then. In between, she worked as a community champion, leading awareness initiatives. Ms. Sarojana has good knowledge about accounting. She is also an active positive speaker and advocates for the rights of the People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV).

Ms. Musku Aruna (Board Member)

Ms. Aruna is a board member since 2005 and currently, also works as the Project Director of the HIV/AIDS Targeted Intervention Program. She is a hard working individual, working dedicatedly towards the development of the organization and the community. Ms. Aruna motivates the community to lead a healthy life during home visits and support group meetings.

Ms. Gullapally Kavitha (Board Member)

Ms. Kavitha joined the board of RDMM in 2019 after having worked as a peer educator for the HIV/AIDS Targeted Intervention program from 2013 to 2017. She supported the work of the organization voluntarily in 2018. Ms. Kavitha is a motivated individual with good communication skills. She is prompt in responding to the problems of the community.
